Yes. ZenTratto runs entirely on the customer's infrastructure (on-premise or EU private cloud): no document is ever sent to public cloud servers like OpenAI or AWS. It is built with a privacy-by-design architecture (GDPR Art. 25) — your data always stays under your control.
ZenTratto uses a RAG architecture with document grounding: every answer is anchored to passages extracted directly from your documents, citing the document and page number. The model does not generate answers outside the uploaded document perimeter. If the information isn't in your archives, ZenTratto explicitly states so instead of inventing it.
